Thomas Douthit is a highly experienced Physician Assistant who has been caring for patients in otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat medicine) since 2003. He completed his Physician Assistant training at the University of Washington and later earned his Master of Physician Assistant Sciences in Otolaryngology from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine. Since 2012, he has been proud to serve patients with Southwest Idaho ENT, providing trusted, compassionate care.

Alongside his medical practice, Thomas served 25 years in the United States Air Force, balancing both private practice and military service. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and decorated combat veteran, carrying forward the dedication, discipline, and leadership developed in the Air Force into his patient care.

Faith and family are central to Thomas’s life. He is happily married to his wife, Camille, for over 26 years, and together they have three wonderful children: Allison, her husband Luke, and their youngest daughter Lexi.

When he’s not caring for patients, Thomas enjoys the outdoors — especially big game archery hunting and fly fishing — and is a lifelong Denver Broncos fan.

I am looking forward to meeting you and partnering with you on your journey to better health.
